(TMI) Lady stuff and PCOS

Yesterday, I took my vitamins and I feel a little better today. Sadly for me, shark week is here. This could also be another reason why I felt so bad yesterday.  Since I have PCOS I don’t have my Aunt Flow come and visit as most women do.  It’s more painful and dragged out. I would like to use this as an excuse to really not work out, but I can’t use this as an excuse to give up. What makes sense is that the endorphins of working out would eventually help out. I think for the day I will try to go for a run. if I can’t run, then I will walk.  I don’t know how my weight training will go, but I think I will sit this one out.
