I have strayed majorly from my healthy eating habits. Now i am slowly getting back all my digestive issues. I've had heart burn for a week. I should have really seen this coming. I started eating gluten and sugar again. I don't even want to know how much i have gained since i slipped. lol.
I am going to start my detox again.
NO SUGAR
NO GLUTEN
NO FRIED FOODS
DRINK A TON OF WATER
Wish me luck... it's hard to break the sugar habit. no more kit kats for me. lol....

its SO easy to fall back in the habit or eating baaddd food, but so HARD to break it. Its like an addiction. UGH! good luck myra!
